Airclic, AirVersent to merge
Mobility software companies Airclic and AirVersent announced Tuesday that they are merging. The combined company will operate under the Airclic brand.
Airclic, based in Bensalem, sells software products to improve mobile supply chain management and logistics operations. AirVersent, of Maryland, automates paper-based workflow processes. Together, the companies have more than 270 customers around the world.
Airclic CEO Rick Pontin will remain chief executive. AirVersent CEO Michael Lee will serve as president. The company’s headquarters will remain in Bensalem, with operations in Maryland and England.
