Airclic merges with AirVersent
I am extremely pleased to announce that we have merged with AirVersent and as a result, Airclic has become the leading provider of mobile supply chain and logistics software.
The new Airclic provides enterprise SaaS software that automates the mobile supply chain and logistics operations for global enterprises. We are now the industry’s largest and fastest growing mobile supply chain and logistics software provider with more than 270 customers globally, including many Fortune 500 organizations.
This is good news because it means deeper product expertise, expanded features and functionality and greater access to industry best practices for mobile supply chain and logistics operations.
I will remain CEO of the new Airclic and will be joined by AirVersent’s CEO and founder, Michael Lee, who will serve as President. Our headquarters will remain in Trevose, Pennsylvania and we will have operations in Owings Mills, MD and London, UK.
With this merger, Airclic will strengthen and solidify its global leadership position by adding to our extensive domain expertise, multiple technology patents and substantial channel partner program.
