Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will increase team sales through cold calling, lead generation and customer/prospect follow up. The candidate will work in tandem with field sales to guide prospects through the execution of the sales process, focusing their efforts on building the pipeline and providing a consistent funnel of opportunities for their outside team. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2-3 years of successful tele-sales experience with demonstrated success in developing opportunities and closing business via the telephone. In addition to a college degree, or equivalent experience, excellent organizational, verbal/written communication, ability to work in a team sales environment.

Pre-Sales Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities
As a pre-sales support specialist you have the opportunity to launch a new career. Pre-Sales supports the Sales Team by providing product information and functional knowledge to aid in the sales process. The Pre-sales support specialist serves as a resource for evaluating client requirements and proposing solutions for the customer based on their business and technical needs. Requirements
- Participates in a collaborative team environment with significant exposure to the Sales Department, Solutions Managers, Deployment Managers as well as Developers.

Solutions Manager (Entry Level)
The Solution Manager works closely with customers to create custom solutions for wireless tracking/workflow applications. The Solutions team works directly with customers, sales and development to use standardized web-based and graphical programming tools to create custom mobile applications.
The key skills required for this position are client facing, wireless UI design (mock-ups, screen design, flow chart design, etc.), and a basic understanding of development technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and manage mobile solutions to meet the business needs.
- Collaborate with business users and developers to implement mobile solutions.
- Design information structure and navigation flows for mobile applications.
- Create and revise information architecture documents including but not limited to; site maps, wire frames, flow diagrams, and functional requirements.
- Work closely with other departments, clients and vendors.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer accounts.
Requirements
- Two to three years of work experience, business analyst experience preferred.
- BA/BS Degree in a related field, such as technical communications, human-computer interaction, etc is a plus.

Deployment Manager
Job Responsibilities
The Deployment Manager works closely with customers to implement custom mobile solutions. The Deployment Manager is part of the Solutions team who works directly with customers, sales, solution managers and developers.
- Manage the deployment and implementation of various projects and initiatives.
- Possess a proven ability to assign, guide and monitor the work of others and to motivate team personnel to produce quality work on time and within budget.
- Manage project tasks and timeline from inception to completion of project.
- Communicate and track project progress effectively using project management concepts and tools.
- Possess a strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and orientation towards results.
- Feel equally comfortable working on projects independently or in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Network Infrastructure Operational Engineer
We require an innovative, goal-directed and hands-on information technologist, with a solid track record of success assessing business issues, while managing system support and hardware deployment.
Responsibilities
- Extensive expertise applying current and emerging technologies to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Must be knowledgeable on infrastructure design and deployment, security, disaster recovery planning, data migration, exchange management, system integration, server and network maintenance, and virtualization of business environments
- Project management expertise should include Unix/Microsoft platform, SAN, e-mail, network, Web/Intranet, customer service, financial systems and infrastructures through complete life cycle

Computer / Electrical Engineer
The candidate will work closely with software and hardware engineers to design and implement AirClic’s next generation of mobile phone attachment. The candidate’s role will focus on embedded software development, and will include some hardware design and development. Projects will provide exposure to RTOSs, RFID, USB, Bluetooth and GPS.
Requirements:
- Strong embedded C/C++ programmer
- Very familiar with microcontrollers and embedded systems

- Experience should be 0-2 years. Experience beyond classroom is required.

Corporate Operational Engineer
Objective: Coordination of Help Desk services. Provide solutions to our corporate staff on the use of systems and document support. Ensure Help Desk technical and document support services are effective, high quality, and timely. Coordinate and conduct the Help Desk services. Maintain continuity of Help Desk Services in an emergency.
Coordination Duties:
- Conduct the Help Desk Technical Support to provide timely, accurate, and courteous service and support
- Organize Help Desk support, including remote support for offsite personnel as required, including but not limited to emergency office closures such as weather related events
- Analyze Help Desk work flow for trends to identify problem areas, improve business processes, make recommendations, and improve Help Desk support services
- Maintain timely reporting on the Help Desk support services and monitor overall success and satisfaction with the Help Desk by the corporate staff
Regular Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organization and service delivery of Help Desk technical and document support services
- Solve problems and organize resources to meet the technical needs of our corporate staff for all standard software, systems, and collaboration products
- Maintain timely Help Desk system call tracking
- Troubleshoot remote access issues for users, i.e., VPN, email, laptop troubleshooting and home computers
- Answer Help Desk calls, providing solutions for staff
- Maintain up to date skills on the use of standard corporate software
- Write tips and frequently asked questions for the Airclic’s Wiki
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years working Help Desk or related experience
- Previous experience in corporate support
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working in a time sensitive environment
- Availability to work before and after business hours and weekends with little or no notice
- Knowledgeable on Windows XP, Office 2003 to Advanced level, Active Directory Administration, Blackberry and Client/Server networks
Education:
- A+ preferred or relevant experience
- MOUS Certification in Office XP preferred
