Tim Bradley, Chief Executive Officer

Bradley leads this growing company whose innovative solution continues to attract and retain numerous prestigious customers. He brings an enviable track record of leadership, growth, and success to AirClic, as well as a strong commitment to renewing the company's focus on customer success.

Bradley joined AirClic from Cognos Corp. (Nasdaq: COGN), the $700 million business intelligence (BI) software company, where he was Vice President of the company's Corporate Performance Management division with responsibility for worldwide revenue for the company's CPM business.

Previously, Bradley was Executive Vice President of operations of Adaytum, Inc., a successful pioneer in enterprise business planning, prior to its acquisition by Cognos. He was the executive leader for all customer-related operations, including worldwide sales and services, partner business development, customer support, and training activities, and was instrumental in the company's doubling in size in 24 months.

Prior to joining Adaytum, Bradley held a series of executive positions with Cognos, including vice president of sales for the Central and Western U.S. operations and Canada. During his 10-year tenure at Cognos, he was a key leader in building Cognos' business intelligence business.

Before Cognos, Bradley also held sales positions with Pansophic Systems, a CASE development tools company, and Wang, where he marketed office automation systems to large enterprises. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Steve Tremitiere, Vice President, National Accounts

Tremitiere joined AirClic in the fall of 2001, and was promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Development in 2003. He takes a leading role in the establishment of AirClic's service offerings in the US market, including the management of relationships with mobile wireless carriers such as Nextel. Prior to joining AirClic, Tremitiere spent more than fifteen years in the information technology consulting industry. He held senior sales management positions with Ajilon and other IT consulting organizations, and was also the president/founder of Unison, an IT executive search firm. Tremitiere graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Cherryl Graham, Vice President, Finance

Graham brings a wealth of experience in the areas of financial reporting and key metrics, human resources, governance and compliance to the AirClic senior management team. Her expertise also includes providing critical pricing strategy, financial modeling, planning, and analysis for U.S. and foreign acquisitions. Prior to joining AirClic, Graham served as Vice President, Controller at Fiberlink Corporation, leading the financial team focused on process improvements for SOX compliance. Originally from England, where she worked for General Electric in London, Graham holds a Magna Cum Laude degree in Accounting from Lynchburg College and is a licensed CPA.

Andy Monroe, Vice President, Product Development

Monroe joined AirClic in 2000 as a lead product developer. Proving his skills as an innovative and successful software engineer specializing in object-oriented design and analysis, Monroe was promoted and currently leads the product development team. He has directed the development and launch of several major AirClic products, including its most recent release of AirClic MP. Monroe has a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

Elizabeth Pfau, Vice President, Professional Services

Pfau joined AirClic in 2001 with responsibility for the overall user experience for web and wireless applications, including site architecture, usability, prototype development, and business requirements definition. She leads the account management teams that continue to provide AirClic customers with customized mobile business process applications.

Before joining AirClic, Pfau was Vice President of Interface Design and Development at SNAZ Commerce Solutions. Prior to that she held several executive positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, including Vice President of Web Application Development and vice president of Global Web Services. She has also had a successful career as an independent consultant, assisting clients in software development, prototype development, deployment, and support.

Tracey Ellis, Director, Sales and Marketing Operations

Ellis joined AirClic in 2006 with the responsibility to maximize AirClic's opportunity with enterprise accounts in both a sales and marketing capacity.

Ellis joined AirClic from Information Security Technology, Inc. where she managed consulting services sales and doubled service revenues. Previously, Ellis held senior sales and consulting positions at Maxxum, Inc., Cognos and Lotus/IBM. Ellis has a track record of building strong sales organizations that consistently exceed sales benchmarks. Ellis earned an MBA from University of Phoenix and a BS from the University of Wisconsin.

Jill McGee, Director, Sales Consultants & Partner Development

McGee joined AirClic in 2006 with the responsibility to manage and grow the business through Partners, including value added resellers and business application providers. In January 2008, McGee was asked to develop the presales team to provide dedicated technical support to the sales organization.

McGee joined AirClic from Teleran where she had a senior leadership role and managed the sales engineers. Mcgee's experiences include consulting and technical management roles, including Cognos Corporation where she managed the competitive intelligence group and at KANA, as Director of Global Technical Services, she was responsible for building and managing a world-wide technical support organization. McGee also held technical management and consulting roles with KPMG, Mineshare, and National Liberty Corporation. McGee earned an MBA from Drexel University and a BA from Bryn Mawr College.
