Mr. Lee has 20 years of experience in the communications and enterprise software industries, both as a leader of early stage companies and as an executive in multi-billion dollar corporations. He has held a number of senior management positions with AT&T, Inc., including President of Cellular One, now AT&T in Boston. He also played integral roles on executive teams that successfully completed more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions, as well as carrying out initial and secondary public offerings.
Mr. Lee was the CEO and founder of AirVersent, Inc. prior to its merger with Airclic. Prior to AirVersent, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer of SK USA, the U.S. headquarters of the $70 billion SK Group and owner of SK Telecom. Early in his career, he founded a company that was one of the nation’s first to commercially deploy a SaaS software solution that automated credit card and check authorization services; this successful start-up was subsequently acquired by an international funds transfer company.
Mr. Sweeney brings 15 years of experience in the mobile service and supply chain software industry to Airclic. As Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for overall product and technology strategy, product management, and product development.
Previously, Mr. Sweeney was CTO for Trimble Navigation (@Road) Field Service Division from 2005 to 2007. From the early 2000’s, he was the CTO for Vidus, a specialist mobility and field scheduling company.
Mr. Sweeney’s earlier experience includes serving as the Chief Architect for British Telecom’s (BT) Workforce Management and Scheduling project during the 1990s. He became General Manager of BT’s Work Management Development Unit, where his vision surrounding the significant market opportunity for the technology led him to develop the business plan for BT Brightstar’s (BT’s incubation unit) investments in advanced planning and scheduling solutions.
Mr. Sweeney holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College, Dublin, where he graduated with honors.
As CFO, Mr. Smith oversees all financial operations and reporting at Airclic. Mr. Smith has been a valued strategic and tactical advisor to CEOs and all levels of management with emerging growth companies in various industries, including software and technology.
Prior to joining Airclic, Mr. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for over a decade at MEDicisions, Inc., where he was responsible for all financial operations, human resources, administration and training. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Personnel Data Services, Inc.; Senior Vice President Finance and Administration at ICT Group, Inc; and Vice President, Finance at DNA Plant Technology Corporation.
Mr. Smith received his B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Wheeler brings more than twenty-five years of experience in revenue generation, sales leadership and global account management in the supply chain and logistics industry to Airclic. Prior to joining Airclic, Mr. Wheeler served as an SVP with OHL International and as Sales Director for the Eastern Region at GT Nexus. Mr. Wheeler also has experience at Salesforce, working with their logistics customers, and leading sales efforts at Emery Worldwide (UPS), Deutsche Post Global Mail (a subsidiary of DHL) and Eagle Global Logistics (CEVA).
Mr. Wheeler is a graduate of Hope College, Michigan.
As a part of the Airclic team since 2000, Mr. Foroughi has played an integral role in the development and operation of the Company’s Mobile Performance Platform®. In his role as Vice President of SaaS Operations, Mr. Foroughi oversees the optimization of Airclic’s high-capacity SaaS infrastructure to supports customers’ mission-critical applications.
Mr. Foroughi previously served as a Web application developer for C-Bridge Internet Solutions, where he led technical implementations for corporations wanting to extend their technology systems to their customers.
Mr. Foroughi received his B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard University.
As the Vice President of Engineering, Bob Bialozynski leads the expansion and execution of Airclic’s product development to expand and execute Airclic’s Perform® product line for key industries.
With nearly 20 years of product engineering and software development experience, Mr. Bialozynski previously served as the Senior Director of Engineering for AirVersent, Inc, which merged with Airclic last in July 2010 and is now operating under the Airclic name. At AirVersent, Bialozynski was responsible for developing and implementing technical strategy surrounding the 20/20 Mobility Suite, a series of mobile supply chain products for the food distribution, 3PL and healthcare industries.
Prior to AirVersent, Inc, Mr. Bialozynski held several lead engineering roles at Aether Systems, Inc., before TeleCommunication Systems’ acquisition of the Enterprise Mobility Solutions Division of the firm. There, he led product development for various Aether software products including 20/20 Delivery, where he was responsible for initial development through release. In 1999, Mr. Bialozynski helped to complete the development of Aether’s wireless financial equity-trading system.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Loyola College in Maryland and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University.
As Vice President of Product Management, Noeleen Westland leads the definition and expansion of the Airclic Perform® product suite to address Airclic’s expanding sales and key markets.
Ms. Westland brings over 15 years of experience in mobility and mobile supply chain solutions. Prior to joining Airclic in 2008, Ms. Westland was Product Architect for Trimble Navigation (@Road) Field Service Division focusing on field service and mobility solutions. Earlier experience includes many years in BT’s Workforce Management Unit creating a mobile solution for BT’s enterprise field force.
Ms. Westland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Electronics from Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK, where she graduated with honors.
Mr. Solak brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, hosting, software solutions operations and support, and client relationship management. As VP of Client Services, Mr. Solak is responsible for Airclic’s Account Management, Professional Services, and Technical Support organizations.
Mr. Solak previously served as the VP of SaaS Operations for AirVersent, Inc. prior to merging with Airclic. At AirVersent, Mr. Solak was responsible for all aspects of AirVersent’s highly-available SaaS infrastructure delivering all AirVersent products and services, as well as directing AirVersent’s Technical Support organization.
Prior to AirVersent, Mr. Solak was VP of Network Services for Aether Systems, Inc., and then Telecommunication Systems, Inc. through acquisition of the Enterprise Mobility division. In this role, Mr. Solak was responsible for the startup and growth of the company’s SaaS operations, delivering mission critical mobile applications. Mr. Solak was also responsible for the design, construction, and ongoing operation of Aether’s multiple datacenter facilities.
Mr. Solak received his degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
Cherryl Graham joined Airclic in 2007. Ms. Graham brings 20 years of experience in the areas of financial reporting, human resources, governance and compliance to drive performance in fast growth technology-based businesses. Her expertise also includes providing critical pricing strategy, financial modeling and mergers and acquisitions for domestic and international operations.
Prior to joining Airclic, Ms. Graham served as Vice President, Controller at Fiberlink Corporation, a venture-backed company providing mobile applications to Fortune 1000 companies, where she lead their SOX compliance initiative. Originally from England, Ms. Graham also worked for General Electric in London.
Ms. Graham received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with Magna Cum Laude honors, from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia. Ms Graham is also a licensed CPA.
