From Newark Airport and North

  • On airport service road follow signs for Airport Exit
  • Stay LEFT following signs for US-1-9 / RT-21 / US-22 / New Jersey Turnpike South / Newark-Elizabeth /
  • Take Ramp (LEFT) onto US-1 9 Express
  • Immediately take the ramp to I-95/Dowd Ave/Elizabeth Seaport/N Ave/NJ Turnpike
  • Merge onto RT-81 South (Partial toll road)
  • Take the I-95 S/Turnpike South ramp
  • Keep RIGHT at the fork, follow signs for Trucks-Buses/Cars
  • Merge onto I-95 S/New Jersey Turnpike South (Partial toll road)
  • Continue on I-95 S/Turnpike South for 49 miles
  • Take exit 6 toward Florence/I-276/US-130/PA Turnpike (Toll road)
  • Merge onto New Jersey Turnpike Ext Toll road (Entering Pennsylvania)
  • Continue 7 miles on I-276 W/Pennsylvania Turnpike
  • Take exit 351 to merge RIGHT onto Lincoln Hwy/US-1 North
  • Exit RIGHT onto the first ramp (toward Neshaminy)
  • Turn LEFT at bottom of ramp onto Rock Hill drive
  • Turn RIGHT at third intersection onto Overlook Blvd (behind Polte homes.)
  • Turn LEFT at the stop sign (Rockhill Dr)
  • Turn LEFT into first parking lot entrance
  • Arrive at 900 Northbrook Drive

From Philadelphia Airport and South

  • Exit airport on service road heading Northwest
  • Follow signs for I-95 NORTH [Delaware Expy] towards I-95
  • Continue on I-95 NORTH for aprox 23 miles
  • Take exit 37 for St Rd toward PA-132
  • Turn left at St Rd (PA-132)
  • Continue on St Rd (PA-132) for 3.5 miles
  • Exit RIGHT onto the ramp to Morrisville/Lincoln Hwy/US-1 N
  • Turn RIGHT onto Lincoln Hwy/US-1 N
  • Exit RIGHT onto the first ramp (toward Neshaminy)
  • Turn LEFT at bottom of ramp onto Rock Hill drive
  • Turn RIGHT at third intersection onto Overlook Blvd (behind Polte homes.)
  • Turn LEFT at the stop sign (Rockhill Dr)
  • Turn LEFT into first parking lot entrance
  • Arrive at 900 Northbrook Drive
