‘Mobilized by Airclic’ Partnerships Extend Critical Business Processes to Mobile Operations

Technology Integration, Channel and Consultancy Relationships Spur Growth

NEWTOWN, Pa., February 21, 2006—Airclic®, a leading provider of business process mobilization solutions today recapped a series of ‘Mobilized by Airclic’ business partnership relationships spanning multiple industries and markets including logistics/transportation, security, manufacturing, field services and construction, education and government.  The ‘Mobilized by Airclic’ relationship allows partners to extend critical business process applications to mobile workers generating additional partner or channel revenue opportunities.

  • CXT Software (Phoenix, AZ) is a leading provider of courier software and mobile resource management for the same-day, time-critical delivery industries.  CXT has integrated Airclic MP with CXT’s products including
    X Dispatch 6.0 – a solution specifically created to assist the courier, LTL, trucking, and a same day delivery company in their everyday operations.  CXT’s customers are now able to leverage the Airclic solution set as part of a holistic solution to enable mobile and remote workers to accurately capture and transmit events and transactions in real time.
  • Penguin Blue USA (Wilmington, MA), provider of the Rockhopper Transport Management System, has integrated both Airclic MP and Airclic MP XPress with its Rockhopper product. Rockhopper, now ‘Mobilized by Airclic’, provides Penguin Blue customers with real-time visibility of its package status and proof of delivery. Rockhopper is a Linux-based software system for managing same day courier, scheduled, and distribution operations.
  • Sierra Data Systems (Sacramento, CA) is an IT consulting firm focusing on construction technology.  Airclic and Sierra Data have collaborated in the development and launch of the Airclic Time Management Solution, a solution that enables enterprises to automate the tracking of employee time at mobile work sites with full validation prior to delivery into the enterprise time management system.
  • ScanHealth (Duluth, MN) is an information technology company that offers cutting edge, web-enabled electronic data collection and centralized data management solutions for the healthcare industry. ScanHealth has integrated Airclic MP with HealthEMST, its robust solution for emergency medical services. HealthEMST combines remote data collection using its industry-leading electronic Pre-hospital Care Reports (ePCRs) with a powerful web solution that automates information management functions critical to EMS operations. Airclic MP will feed the HealthEMST Maps module with real-time GPS data enhancing the GIS capabilities of the solution. HealthEMST subscribers will be able to manage assets in real-time, as well as having the analytic framework for managing geographic data; solving problems; or understanding past, present, or future situations.
  • TSI Automation (Waterbury, CT) is a leading provider of scheduling, route optimization and other location-based services focused on the trucking, distribution and services industries. TSI has fully integrated Airclic MP into its product offerings and has successfully deployed a joint solution at several large trucking companies.
  • Traktronix (Orem, UT) provides inventory management solutions, including “ActionTrak for QuickBooks” and “ActionTrak-Auto Dealer” solutions.  Traktronix has developed an easy to install utility enabling rapid integration of the Airclic MP solutions with QuickBooks. Traktronix will also mobilize its back-end applications leveraging Airclic MP. Traktronix is a certified QuickBooks development partner.
  • Westgate Software (Draper, UT) is a provider of unique management software for the dry cleaning industry.  Westgate integrates Airclic MP with their Sales Process & Order Tracking System (SPOT). Westgate’s customers can use either web-based Airclic MP Tracker or Westgate’s integrated RouteTrac feature within SPOT for a fully automated solution to track orders delivered, number of bags/garments picked up, time stamps of pickup and deliveries, route statistics and driver information.

Airclic MP Platform Components

The Airclic MP platform consists of several technologies that provide an integrated, flexible solution for automating mobile processes:

Airclic MP Design—Airclic’s innovative, proprietary design system lets process designers graphically depict processes. An application designer creates a process diagram and, with a single click, that diagram is transformed into a fully functioning Airclic MP application and transmitted to the mobile phone for immediate use.

Airclic MP Capture—Equipped with an Airclic MP Capture device, mobile workers can use one device to scan virtually any standard bar code.  Airclic also supports other types of data capture, including RFID.

Airclic MP Reporter—At the back office, service reps and managers can view the movement and activities of people and assets. As companies aggregate information, they can analyze it for trends and anomalies through a dedicated reporting tool or through a simplified Web interface.

Airclic MP Harvest—Airclic MP includes back-end server utilities for Microsoft® Windows®, Linux® and UNIX that can deliver captured data in multiple formats, including CSV/text, Microsoft® Access®, SQL, and Oracle®, and others for export to billing, time, asset-management, auditing, ERP, CRM, SCM and other business systems.
