Why are Airclic and AirVersent merging?
The combination of these two industry leaders creates the clear mobile supply chain industry leader. The new Company is the largest by both the size of the customer base and the annual revenue in the mobile supply chain and logistics software space. The resources of the new Airclic allow for the rapid introduction of industry-leading, innovative, feature rich, vertical products into the marketplace and the ability to better support our customers than either could achieve on its own.

What is the brand?
Both AirVersent and Airclic have excellent product and brand strategies. For the direction we are headed, we selected the Airclic Performance® brand because it illustrates the benefit of using mobile products to extend supply chain and logistics operations to specific applications. The Performance® brand packages its products for each vertical industry under the “Perform®” name. The Perform® brand also emphasizes our focus on operational and performance dashboards that provide company leadership with real time and ongoing performance management information. Additionally it recognizes our emphasis on providing data analysis capabilities, business intelligence software and ad-hoc reporting functionality.
What are the key industry verticals for which products are available?
Airclic supports the following five key verticals: courier/3PL, food distribution, retail distribution, clinical laboratory services, medical supplies distribution, transportation, and facilities management.
How does this impact the product platform?
We will leverage the collective knowledge of the new company as well as leveraging the technical capabilities. Over time, we will develop one platform that is easily expandable, cost efficient and multi-tenant in nature.
How quickly will existing customers be able to leverage new combined functionality?
Immediately. Expect additional product announcements soon. Customers will be delighted by the enhanced functionality and we look to make it available to them in a timely manner.
Do customers keep using their same products? Do they migrate? Are they EOL?
Customers will not have interruption in their service and their products will not be discontinued. What we will not do is force a customer to move platforms.
