AirClic® NAMES TIM BRADLEY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Seasoned technology executive takes helm of fast-growing provider of solutions that automate remote/mobile business processes

NEWTOWN, Pa., March 7, 2005—AirClic, a leading provider of mobile business-process automation solutions, announced today it has named Tim Bradley its chief executive officer. Bradley has been serving as interim CEO since October 2004.

Bradley will lead a growing company whose innovative software platform and data-capturing hardware components continue to attract numerous prestigious customers, including ADP, Federal Express, AVW Telav, and Spring Independent School District. Bradley brings an enviable track record of leadership, growth, and success to AirClic, as well as a strong commitment to renewing the company’s focus on customer success.

“We are very pleased to be able to recruit an executive of Tim’s caliber to the AirClic team,” said Bob Hurst, chairman of the board of directors for AirClic and former vice chairman of Goldman Sachs. “Tim is one of the industry’s special talents – a top performer with a proven track record, a solid understanding of technology, and strong leadership skills. We know that the leadership and managerial depth that Tim provides will be tremendously valuable as our company moves forward.”

Bradley joins AirClic from Cognos Corp. (Nasdaq: COGN), the $700 million business intelligence (BI) software company, where he was vice president of the company’s Corporate Performance Management division with responsibility for worldwide revenue for the company’s CPM business.

Previously, Bradley was executive vice president of operations of Adaytum, Inc., a successful pioneer in enterprise business planning, prior to its acquisition by Cognos. At Adaytum, Bradley helped expand the company’s vision from niche mid-market player to an enterprise player that successfully sold to 100 of the Top 600 companies from 2000 to 2002. He was the executive leader for all customer-related operations, including worldwide sales and services, partner business development, customer support, and training activities, and was instrumental in the company’s doubling in size in 24 months.

Prior to joining Adaytum, Bradley held a series of executive positions with Cognos, including vice president of sales for the Central and Western U.S. operations and Canada. During his 10- year tenure at Cognos, he was a key leader in building Cognos’ business intelligence business. A consistent top performer, he led the drive to increase license growth and was a constant champion for the customer.
Before Cognos, Bradley also held sales positions with both Pansophic Systems, a CASE development tools company, and Wang, where he marketed office automation systems to large enterprises.

“It is a tremendous privilege to join AirClic, an organization that has built an impressive portfolio of technology solutions and – more importantly – prestigious customers,” Bradley said. “I am looking forward to defining and leading our market. It will be important to reinforce the values and principles that have made AirClic a success: a customer-centric focus, a willingness to embrace long-term strategies, and an emphasis on building teams. AirClic has a unique vision and a unique value proposition – and I’m eager to work alongside this very talented team and guide it to deliver great levels of value for our customers.”
