AirClic Fuels Growth in Quarter By Expanding Customer Roster and Sales Team and Enhancing MP 5 Platform

NEWTOWN, PA, June 12, 2007—AirClic®, a leading provider of business process mobilization solutions, has completed another successful quarter by continuing to execute on its growth strategy in 2007. For the quarter, AirClic expanded its customer base, signing 45 new or expanded customer deals, including Bio Reference Laboratories and Commercial Metals Company. AirClic also continues to bolster its management team, hiring Frank J. Marsella Jr. as Senior Vice President of Sales, and Jim Brennan as Vice President of Strategic Accounts, bringing a combined fifty five years of enterprise software sales and service experience to the company. Additionally, AirClic has added signature capture and advanced route management capabilities to its powerful MP 5 platform.

AirClic Bolsters Sales Team with New Hires
AirClic continues to execute on its growth strategy in 2007, following on the heels of its recent venture capital funding in February with the hiring of several new sales executives. These executives include Frank J. Marsella Jr., as Senior Vice President of Sales and Jim Brennan as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. 

In his new role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marsella will continue the company's momentum as it expands across verticals and internationally. Marsella has over 30 years of experience in sales management, selling enterprise software and service solutions to Global 1000 companies. Marsella brings expertise in attracting and building high performance sales and marketing organizations with a long record of significant achievements in business intelligence, corporate performance management, analytic applications, data warehousing, application development, and DBMS tools. He comes to AirClic after leaving Niteo Partners where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, delivering an average of 50 percent growth per year during his seven-year tenure with the company.  Before joining Niteo, he was Vice President of North American Sales at Hummingbird and Area Vice President at Cognos where he grew their Northeast business by 1,000 percent and was named Worldwide Manager of the Year in 1995.

Jim Brennan joins AirClic as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts and an investor in the company, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales and services in the enterprise software industry. In his new role, Brennan will work with Fortune 500 executives to identify business process mobilization efforts that impact corporate valuation of AirClic's clients.  Prior to AirClic, Brennan led a team of over 350 at Cognos, where he drove license and service revenue through North American Services and Education. He joined Cognos as part of the acquisition of Adaytum. While at Adaytum, Brennan was a key leader of the company's turnaround into the enterprise market, winning blue chip clients and increasing sales from $26 million to $60 million. Prior to joining Adaytum, he was a Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
