Deloitte's Wireless Fast 50: AirClic ranked 10th on the first ever annual Wireless Fast 50 Program, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing wireless companies by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, in partnership with CTIA. The rankings, which were announced at last week’s CTIA WIRELESS I.T. and Entertainment conference in San Francisco, are based on the percentage of fiscal year revenue growth over five years from 2002—2006. AirClic’s 5,895 percent revenue increase from 2002 to 2006 resulted in AirClic ranking number ten in the Wireless Fast 50.
MobileVillage Mobile Star Awards™: For the third year in a row, AirClic was honored by MobileVillage for product excellence and customer success. The annual Mobile Star Awards aim to honor and promote the best companies, products, deployments and leaders in mobile and wireless technology. In the success story category, AirClic customer Wessin Transport was awarded a Gold Star for success in “asset tracking.” AirClic also received one Gold Star and one Silver Star in the enterprise software category — AirClic MP5 received a Silver Star for GPS/location-based services and a Gold Star in field service.
Deloitte Greater Philadelphia Technology Fast 50: Deloitte also ranked AirClic second as part of its Greater Philadelphia Technology Fast 50, which annually recognizes the fastest growing companies within the geographic boundaries of eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Delaware. The awards are based on percentage revenue growth over a five-year period. The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Philadelphia 100®: AirClic was recognized at the October 25 awards dinner and ceremony by the Philadelphia Business Journal Philadelphia 100 for being the 10th fastest growing privately held company in the ten-county Philadelphia region.
