AirClic Continues Setting the Standard for Mobilization Solutions

Company Recognized by Numerous Industry and Analyst Organizations for Innovation and Growth

NEWTOWN, PA, April 15, 2008—AirClic®, a leading provider of business process mobilization solutions, today announced that it continues to garner industry-wide recognition by receiving numerous industry and analyst awards for continued growth and innovation for its AirClic MP 5 platform. Within the last two months, AirClic has been recognized with awards from Frost & Sullivan, AlwaysOn, the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania, and was named as a finalist for the Most Innovative Business Application award from the Andrew Seybold Group.

• Andrew Seybold Choice Awards:
  AirClic MP 5 solution was named a finalist for the Andrew Seybold Choice Award for Most Innovative Business Application category. The Andrew Seybold Choice Awards were created to honor the most innovative wireless mobility products and concepts and their positive impact to world of wireless mobility connectivity. The Andrew Seybold Choice Award winners were named on April 1, 2008 at the 18th Annual Andrew Seybold Wireless Dinner at CTIA Wireless 2008 in Las Vegas.

• Frost & Sullivan 2008 Mobility Award:
  Frost & Sullivan honored AirClic with the 2008 Mobility Award for Transportation & Distribution Vertical Market Solution. AirClic was recognized for excellence in wireless innovation, providing effective mobilization solutions for companies leveraging AirClic's MP 5 platform to deploy and manage multiple applications to meet the needs of their customers. The award was announced at the annual Mobility Awards Banquet on March 4, 2008 at the Marimonte Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, California.

• AlwaysOn Northeast 100:
  As part of the inaugural award, AirClic was chosen by AlwaysOn as one of the Northeast 100 Top Private Companies. Companies were recognized for creating new business opportunities in high-growth markets, demonstrating significant market traction and pursuing game-changing technology in a key sector. AirClic was selected from hundreds of nominations for its innovative AirClic MP 5 solution, rapid company growth, and successful customer deployments.

• Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP) Awards: AirClic was named Growth Company of the Year by the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania at an awards gala on March 31, 2008. Each year, the TCCP recognizes technology leadership and innovation throughout a 20-plus county region of Central Pennsylvania. To qualify as Growth Company of the Year, AirClic was required to demonstrate significant growth in revenue, products and services and/or number of employees, either on a recent on sustained basis.
