ZON CAPITAL PARTNERS INVESTS IN AirClic®

Don Perkins to Join AirClic Board of Directors

NEWTOWN, Pa., June 20, 2005—AirClic, a leading provider of mobile business automation solutions, today announced that locally-based Zon Capital Partners has invested $2 million in AirClic and Managing Partner H. Donald Perkins, Jr., will join the AirClic Board of Directors. Proceeds from this round will be used to extend the company’s sales force, product development and marketing efforts.
