Airclic, AirVersent Merge
Rick Ponün, Airclic’s chief executive officer, will be CEO of the new company, and Michael Lee, AirVersent’s CEO and founder, will serve as president, the statement said.
Airclic Inc. and AirVersent Inc., both which produce software for supply chain management and logistics operations, have merged, the companies said in a joint statement.
Terms of the agreement, announced July 13, were not disclosed, however.
The new company will operate under the Airclic brand and will be based in Airclic s headquarters in Trevose, Pa.
